In the classes- We will apply  principles and information from the Axis Syllabus (more info about the AS here below) in movement. We will dance, soften, flow, wiggle, open, listen and learn from our body- what is pleasant, healing and enlivening for us.

Seek freedom, space, and wellbeing from & within limitations.
The class will be in 2 parts:

First Part 11:00-11:45
I will introduce a principle, we will warm up together and then go into a movement research/ improvisation - in which I will invite you to leave the screen.

- 5 min break to refresh. * it is possible to join both parts or just the first one.

Second Part 11:50-12:30
I will share a movement sequence that exhibits a possible embodiment/ application of the topic. Constructed from the warm-up fractals. For keeping our learning and memorising movement skills in shape.  * You are welcomed to join both parts or just the first one.
