Physically disabled vs. Differently abled

Thinking about the title of this forum "Physical Disabilities", as Sebastian G. suggested. 
It seems in some countries and languages there are efforts made to use other terms, like "differently abled". 
What do you think? Might this be more appropriate?

I am also sometimes confused how to use the appropriate language. here are some resources I found for the English language:

(American University) https://www.brown.edu/campus-life/support/accessibility-services/resources-teaching-students-disabilities/appropriate-terminology

According to those sources Physical Disabilities seems to be an appropriate term.
